NO SAME SEX BOOKINGS

Sorry we do not take bookings from groups of lads or girls. We are a family run hotel for families and couples only. The only exceptions are for gay couples and very small groups under 5 but over the age of 40. Please make sure no one in your party is under 40. This is only arranged by phone and a secerity bond of £50 per person deposit by card.

PAYMENT

A deposit of £25 per room via a credit/debit card when booking is made. The ballance is due on arrival.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Payment by credit/debit card or cash must be made in full on arrival.

CANCELLATIONS

14 days notice is required for us to relet your rooms. Deposits are non returnable but can be carried forward to another date as long as 14 days notice is given, less than 14 days but more than 2 days, deposit can not be credited to another date. Under 2 days, or no show, this will result in a charge of 2/3rds of the whole booking being charged to the card given to reserve the booking. No refunds will be given on any part of your stay,

DAMAGE CAUSED BY GUESTS

This will be charged to the card given to reserve your room. Anyone who causes damage will be asked to leave the hotel without a refund.

GUESTS PROPERTY

We cannot accept responsibillity of loss of guests property unless handed to ourselves for safe custody

CHECK IN

Check in is from midday (12pm), we will do our utmost to get your room ready by then,

CHECK OUT

Check out is 10am, at certan times a late check out will be available up to 12noon. This will be charged at £6 per hour or part of any hour.

CAR PARK

You must book a car parking space when you make your reservation.

BREAKFAST

Breakfast is served from 9am to 9.30am. No breakfast will be served after this time, no allowance will be allowed for missed meals.

We appreciate your business and are keen to learn ways we can improve. The majority of our guests are delighted and come back time and time again. However If you are not happy about any aspect of our service we would like to know. You are encouraged to speak to us directly so we can put this right immediately.
